Mindfulness Challenge Week 5: Reading
Good morning beautiful people,
It's time to read!
This week’s challenge is to read 10 pages of a self improvement book. Reading provides inspiration and motivation. We can all use some og that, right?!
Reading also improves our ability to concentrate and focus, the brain is a muscle too! Regular reading reduces mental decline associated with age and helps keep our minds sharp.
Interestingly enough, reading also has been shown to improve the brain’s connectivity of the somatosensory cortex. What does this mean? Those who read improve their ability to respond to physical sensations. Another vote for being more present.

It's week 3 party people! I'm excited for this one because I need it probably the most. Lol - I need em all if Im honest. 🤣
Lets really dive in for this week and if you dont have a bedtime routine, this is the best time to create one. Let's support each other in the comments and really hold ourselves accountable as we go into this 3 week.

We are in week 2 of the mindfulness challenge. Last week was definitely an experience. I would love to hear how everyone's week 1 went. Please drop it below.
This week is breathwork and I'm super excited to dive in. Breathwork is super essential in life, especially at this time. I hope you all dive into this work and make it apart of your daily living this week. We'll be exploring a few different types of techniques and I will go over them during Monday Meditation at 7am.
