    Hello beautiful people! 

    We are in week 2 of the mindfulness challenge. Last week was definitely an experience. I would love to hear how everyone's week 1 went. Please drop it below. 

    This week is breathwork and I'm super excited to dive in. Breathwork is super essential in life, especially at this time. I hope you all dive into this work and make it apart of your daily living this week. We'll be exploring a few different types of techniques and I will go over them during Monday Meditation at 7am.
